It delivers about 2 million assessments each year, and can be used for both pre-hire and post-hire testing and skills assessment. With hundreds of proven, ready-to-use assessments in our library, you can use any of our assessments ‘off-the-shelf’ with confidence, or have us tailor one for your specific organization’s needs.
Maize is also fully integrated into our (and other) ATS and HIRS systems. Maize can be taken as part of your application flow in the ATS, or later as part of an interview process. In either case, Maize feeds valuable information back to your recruiters to ensure your hiring decision in the right one.
